Leadership course
We just finished a course in leadership. It’s really awesome that the company is giving us the opertunity to get these courses.
Today a guy from Paragera came here to give us some good ideas about leadership, and how to think about different aspects of leadership in a company. I think that it was good for all of us, and I think that it was really good in a group development aspect too. We needed to take a step back and look at our group dynamics, because even though we have had a really good teamwork there is always something that can be improved. Tomorrow on the way to Copenhagen we are going to be able to really implement the stuff and give each other good feedback.
You might think that this is not that important in a small project like this, only six weeks, but this is not only a job, it’s a way for us to develop ourselves.
